Proposal for the Implementation of a Quality Management System Based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard in the Company INKILLA S.R.L. of the province of Andahuaylas 2018

Abstract

The company INKILLA S.R.L is dedicated to the storage and distribution of nonperishable food products for human consumption, making deliveries to educational institutions that benefit from the National School Food Program Qali Warma. The research work proposes a novel strategy in the Apurímac region, so that companies dedicated to the food sector can adopt the quality management system based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, demonstrating that the food supply service will contribute to the improvement of its quality, this based on the fulfillment of the general, common and specific requirements that the norm raises for the organizations that provide products and services. Therefore, the analysis of the current situation was carried out to determine the problems presented by the company INKILLA SRL, for which a cheklist was used, identifying the causes of the main problem, being this the dissatisfaction of the clients, therefore it was proposed as an objective implement the quality management system with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard embodied in the quality manual and then the schedule of the proposed implementation of the quality management system was made, finally it was presented to the
company INKILLA SRL , who chose to develop the proposal, managing to implement the quality management system based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, and subsequently becoming certified.
