APPLICATION OF THE BLENDED LEARNING IN THE DIGITAL LITERACY OF THE TEACHERS OF REGULAR BASIC EDUCATION – RURAL ZONE
Continuous and permanent training is currently one of the reasons why some companies with leadership in the market, use continuously to achieve their purposes. In the present investigation the educational area is not the exception and even more so when the main actors of the educational levels are in areas far from the capital. The educational needs related to teachers' digital literacy were identified, as well as the educational demand regarding the strengthening of knowledge, application and management of computer tools that support the teaching - learning process. In this sense, we want to determine the influence of the application of Blended Learning in the digital literacy of Teachers of Regular Basic Education in the province of Huancané. In the process of digital literacy, Blended Learning was applied as a tool which allowed raising the level of knowledge and learning of teachers, on the other hand, it is affirmed that the application of Blended Learning is effective in the teaching - learning process, referent to the digital literacy of teachers of Regular Basic Education in the Province of Huancané; given that it manages to raise the level of learning from a Deficient scale to a Good scale, in addition the statistical tests corroborate this, therefore the results obtained in the exit test are highly significant with respect to the entrance test of the treatment group.
