Descriptive and practical study on the development of a model for decision-making using business intelligence and big data methodologies applied in the commercial area of a company; the model was developed using the theory that presents the Ralph Kimball methodology and the practical model of the Hefesto methodology plus the benefits that Big data presents. The objective was to have a practical and simple model that helps implement solutions that improve decision-making.
